Stats: February submission count

In February 2011, we received 436 valid submissions, an average of 15 and a half submissions a day. Which is to say, volume returned to normal after the first week or so of February.
And volume for the month was actually a little bit lower than the 455 subs we received in both February 2010 and February 2009.
