Reopening to subs January 1

As usual, we'll be reopening to fiction submissions at approximately midnight US East Coast time at the end of December 31.
As has become usual lately, we're going to have the submission cap in place (and I'm going to try to make it less buggy than it's been sometimes), so unfortunately it may be hard to submit for the first week or so.
But judging by past experience, most days submissions will be open for at least ten hours, so that should be sufficient for people who want to submit from anywhere in the world to do so at a reasonable hour.
