We've been experiencing some technical difficulties lately. Suffice it to say that we are not closed to subs, even though our submission form said we were.
Which reminds me to mention: anytime that the form says we're closed but it seems unlikely to you, feel free to drop us a query note. Sometimes things go wrong and the closure notice goes up when it shouldn't, and sometimes we don't notice for a while.
