Stats: February submission count

In February, we received 454 valid submissions, an average of a little over 16 submissions a day.
That's remarkably close to the 455 submissions we received in February 2009. I was expecting volume to go up by 10% to 20% over last February, but instead it stayed constant. Interesting.
We had only one unusually high volume day in February: the 2nd, when we received 29 submissions.
